    Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Deputy Prime Minister Shri L. K. Advani dedicated RMP Knowledge Excellence Centre to the nation.

    RMP recognized as an NGO in Special Consultative Status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UNECOSOC)

    Launch of Annadata Sukhi Bhavah – A project for rehabilitation of the families of farmers from Vidarbha, Maharashtra who committed suicide. 250 families supported.

    Launch of Institution Building Support Scheme (IBSS) – A structured programme supported by IDRF and Sewa International for empowering voluntary organisations.

    RMP invited to make a presentation on Gender Equality at the special session of the UN’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

    Launch of RMP Delhi; ‘Suraj Sankalp’, a conference of Chief Ministers, is held at RMP-KEC Campus. Keynote address delivered by current Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.

    Former President of India Shri A. P. J. Abdul Kalam launches Samagra Atal Jee – A national project for the compilation and digitisation of the writings and speeches of Former Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
